Catching Fire ( Hunger Games 2)
Movie Review: It followed very close to the book and Finnick Odair did live up to the hype, but he did reveal something's that are not supposed to be said till the third movie. And a couple of other things were changed or not said, like there was to much Gale kissing, just saying. But the one cast change was ok because it was Buttercup and he finally got his one scene. The thing that did bug me was Katniss's facial expressions when the poop hit the fan and even in the funny moments. It felt like she wasn't understanding what was happening and how she should act. ( SPOLIER) I was really looking forward to the "and the baby" part in the movie, but they really didn't talk about it or her losing it in the games. And yes I do known that the baby was made up to help them, I just like to believe Peeta when he talks about it. Enough of me ranting, I'll get to the part your all wondering about....( SPOILER) the mouth to mouth with Peeta and Finnick, and yes it was as good as it was in the book. Your all welcome.
5 out of 5 stars.
Summary: The film begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever.
